Cantillon Du Lambic dans les Prés

Description
This beer was an experimental blend of Mamouche (elderflower lambic) where elderberries were added (the amount is unknown by the brewery but was most likely less than the usual 300 g/L used in special fruit lambics, as Jean wanted the elderflower to still shine through).
It was made for Quintessence 2022 and served only at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, two 20 L kegs were made.
Side Notes
Following a misunderstanding, the beer was incorrectly served as "Sureau / Reine des Prés" ("elderflower / meadowsweet") and described as a blend of elderberry lambic and Reine des Prés, which it wasn't.
