Rabarber is a lambic blended with rhubarb. It is only bottled in 75cl and listed as 7% ABV.
History / Other Notes
This bottle was first released in the Easter weekend of 2022, and is the blendery’s first batch of rhubarb blended with lambic. The rhubarb used in this blend was grown by the blender’s brother at his farm “Het Neerhof”.
