Rabarber is a lambic blended with rhubarb from Het Neerhof organic farm, and enhanced with verbena. It is only bottled in 750 mL and listed as 5% ABV.
History / Other Notes
Rabarber was first released in 2022 on Easter weekend, and is the blendery’s first batch of lambic blended with rhubarb. The rhubarb used in this blend was grown by the blender’s brother at his organic farm “Het Neerhof”.
