[[Cantillon_50_Degrees_North_-_4_Degrees_East|Cantillon 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East]], brewed March 2005, bottled March 30, 2007.
[[Cantillon_Crianza_Helena|Cantillon Crianza Helena]], with the label stating that it is a blend comprising of 40 month old lambic from Cognac barrles (putting it around that 2005 date) as well as 30 month old Bordeaux barrel lambic and 15 month old young lambic.
A third batch of lambic, presumably brewed in 2010, was put into Cognac barrles and is the main component for the second release of 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East. It has yet to make a known appearance in any other forms. The barrels used for this lambic come from the Grosperrin Cognac négociants.
