Description

Cantillon LH12 is a lambic that spent 5 years in cognac barrels prior to bottling. Unlike 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East, no additional priming sugar was added at bottling for refermentation and carbonation. As a result, LH12 pours completely still.
