Génépi flowers are primarily found in the mountains of the Alps and Pyrenees in France. The small petals impart a distinct herbal and slightly bitter flavor. Cantillon Génépi is a lambic macerated on génépi flowers. It was brew X13 (17th December 2020), steeped on 9th August 2022 and bottled one week later, on 16th August 2022.
