Description
Rabarber is a lambic blended with rhubarb. It is only bottled in 75cl and listed as 7% ABV.
History / Other Notes
Rabarber was first released in 2022 on Easter weekend, and is the blendery’s first batch of lambic blended with rhubarb. The rhubarb used in this blend was grown by the blender’s brother at his farm “Het Neerhof”.
