Cantillon Cognac is an Oude Lambic that spent 5 years in cognac barrels prior to bottling.  Unlike [[Cantillon 50 Degrees North - 4 Degrees East|50n4e]] no additional sugars were added at bottling for refermentation and carbonation.  As a result, LH12 pours completely still.

Description

Cantillon Cognac is an Oude Lambic that spent 5 years in cognac barrels prior to bottling. Unlike 50n4e no additional sugars were added at bottling for refermentation and carbonation. As a result, LH12 pours completely still.
