Cantillon Noyau is a small test batch of 2-year-old lambic that was aged with part of the remaining pits left behind after the destoning of the apricots used in [[Cantillon_Fou%27_Foune|Fou'Foune]] in 2013. No actual fruit went into this beer, and the amount of apricot pits wasn't written down, and is thus unknown.

==History / Side Notes==

The idea for the beer came after Jean Van Roy tried apricot pit alcohol made by a friend, which he really enjoyed. According to him, about 40 to 50 bottles were made.
