Cantillon Noyau
Appearance

Description
Cantillon Noyau is a small test batch of 2 years old lambic that was aged with part of the remaining pits left behind the destoning of the apricots used in Fou'Foune in 2013. No actual fruit went into this beer, and the amount of apricot pits wasn't written down, and is thus unknown.
History / Side Notes
The idea for the beer came after Jean Van Roy tried apricot pit alcohol made by a friend, which he really enjoyed. According to him, about 40 to 50 bottles were made.
