Wijngaard - Muscat
Description
Wijngaard - Muscat is a blend of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambics blended with muscat grapes. White muscat from the local vineyards in Haspengouw, harvested in September 2017. Muscat ottonel from Alsace, harvested in September 2018. Both grapes underwent an extended maceration on the skins, and were further barrel-aged before being blended and bottled in March 2019.
