Wijngaard - Mélange is a blend of 1, 2 & 3-year-old lambics with 2015 pomace of regent and pinot noir grapes, and 2016 dornfelder and cabernet cortis grapes. Grapes from Haspengouw region in Belgium. Extended post-maceration barrel aging. Bottled December 2017.
