Pellicle Vergistingen Bellerose
Description
Bellerose is a blend of 1 and 2-year-old lambics macerated on fresh mirabelle plums grown in Belgium. After 6 months, the plums were removed and the lambic was aged for 3 additional months. At bottling, this barrel was blended with a 3-year-old pink rose lambic.
