Mia
Description
Mia is a blend of 1, 2, and 3-year-old lambics with fresh elderflowers (harvest June 2019) from a local nature reserve, and moscato bianco and muscat ottonel (harvest 2018).
History / Other Notes
Blending the two grape lambics, we liked how the aromatics and vinous mouthfeel finished dry by rounded tannins. Although already quite a complex blend, we were looking for even more complexity yet carrying more intense retronasal fragrances and blossoms by blending in our elderflower lambic. This beer is made to celebrate Mia, the first daughter of our dear friends Evelien and Ruben.
