Description
Bokke Kloesjkeslambiek is a blend of at least 15 different lambics, bottled as an experiment.
"Kloesjkes is a dialect word in Pajottenland, it refers to leftovers/dregs in bottles of beer. While racking, blending and bottling we regularly have a few liters of leftovers. We dump all these leftovers in a homebrew fermenter. As far as we can remember this blend contains grape lambic, kriek, raspberry, peach lambic, passion fruit lambic, elderflower lambic, blueberry lambic, strawberry lambic, saison, apricot lambic, gueuze blend, sweet cherry lambic, mint lambic, seabuckthorn lambic, and most certainly a few others."
