Kilo-bier

Girardin Kilo-bier is a lambic in the faro style (sweetened with brown sugar) that was brewed and bottled at Girardin in Sint-Ulriks-Kapelle, Dilbeek. It was made to commemmorate the 100th anniversary of Café De Kilo in Asse, a town in the native lambic region of Pajottenland. As per e-mail communication with the brewery, Kilo-bier similar to Voskesbier, Girardin Faro 1882 and Dominicus all comprise of the same faro beer, with perhaps minor changes to the recipe.
