Collaboration with Ehren "Sensei" Schmidt at Mikkeller Baghaven. We brewed a traditional saison together and once it arrived in Belgium, it was blended with 1, 2, & 3-year-old lambics. Aged on Würzer barrels. Bottled February 2019.
