Framboos Pjassel is a blend of 1, 2, and 3-year-old lambics with 3 varietals of raspberries and red vineyard peaches. The brightness of the raspberries blended with the softness of the vineyard peaches gives way to a very smooth mouthfeel. Bottled January, 2020.
