Framboos Noyaux is 1-, 2- and 3-year-old lambic with 3 varietals of raspberries, apricot pits, and Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans.
History/Other Notes
In this particular blend the addition of apricot pits and vanilla balances out the high natural acidity of the raspberries used in the raspberry lambic. The balanced acidity of the beer makes for the three varietals of raspberries to shine in their specific character. The spicy onset with a hint of almonds translates into a round mouthfeel with a smooth finish.
