Framboos Muscat Bleu
Description
Framboos Muscat Bleu is a blend of 1, 2 and 3 year-old-lambics with raspberries and muscat bleu grapes. The raspberry lambic is made of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambics with 3 varietals of raspberries harvested in July, 2018. The muscat bleu lambic was made with grapes harvested in September 2017 in a vineyard in Haspengouw. After extended maceration, this grape lambic was barrel-aged for another year prior to blending and bottling in January, 2019.
