Cuvée Renée (named after Renée Tilquin Petitjean, Pierre's grandmother) is a blend of 30% 1-year-old lambic, 40% 2-year-old lambic, and 30% 3-year-old lambic first released in March 2025. It was blended with the presence of Pierre's aunt Nicole Tilquin and her husband Luc).
