Cantillon Ziep-Zop

Description
Ziep-Zop is a fictional beer created as a zwanze (a semi-sarcastic joke in the Brussels dialect) by Jean-Pierre Van Roy in 2021. It was supposed to be a 500 bottle limited edition of lambic aged on Saponaria officinalis (common soapwort), a plant which can be used as natural soap as it contains a high level of saponin, a toxic natural chemical that produces foam.
Jean-Pierre mentioned in the Grummelinkske (letter sent quarterly to the members of the Brussels Gueuze Museum) of June 2021, that he might return from retirement for a final experiment with this beer, as his son Jean became a master at innovating with infusions through his years as head of the brewery. He then added that the result could be "unexpected" as it could "not only be a refreshing beverage, but also be used in the bathroom". In the following letter of September 2021, a real label for this not so real beer was sent as well, and he specified then that he had been asked by loved ones to give up his zwanze to the member, but that while he is docile and cooperative on the matter, he feels frustrated and anything could still happen!
Side Note
Ziep-Zop is the Brussels dialect for Zeepsop in Belgian Dutch (Flemish) which means "soapy suds".
