Cantillon Vieux Lambic
Appearance

Description
Cantillon Vieux Lambic is the base old lambic that generally has been aged for at least one year. It is served at the brewery, festivals, and bars around Belgium and elsewhere. The exact time when a beer switches from jeune to vieux is based on the fermentation process and brewer / blender discretion. Vieux Lambic differs from their commercially blended and packaged Vieux Lambic products, including Bruocsella Grand Cru, which is bottled and distributed.
