Cantillon T42
Description
This 4-year-old lambic comes from a single barrel displaying particularly interesting notes. Prolonged aging adds complexity and for more influence of the wood barrel. All the sugars have been transformed during the time spent in the barrel, thus there is no carbonation left and the beer is flat.
