Cantillon Camerise Lambic is an experimental lambic with haskap berries from Québec added. It was bottled in 750 mL bottles, and its ABV is 6.0%.

Camerise (Lonicera caerulea), also known as haskap berry, Northern Blue Honeysuckle, Edible Honeysuckle, and Honeyberries is a type of berry native to the cooler regions of the Northern Hemisphere. 100 kg of fruit was delivered to the brewery around the beginning of May 2019 and placed in a barrel with 400 L of 2-year-old lambic for approximately two months of maceration. The lambic used for this blend was brewed in November of 2016. Fewer than 500 bottles were filled as well as some kegs.
