Bokke Jonge Lambiek (2015) is young lambic aged on a chardonnay barrel from Belgian winery Genoels-Elderen. It was served at What's Brewing 2015 in Stavanger, Norway and Dag van de Lambiek 2015.
Extra info: lambic brewed in February and March 2015. Original density 13.5 degrees Plato. This beer is the base for all young fruit lambics served at the Night of the Great Thirst 2015.
