Bofkont Summer '22
Description
Bofkont Summer '22 is a gueuze blend of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambics aged in a 50+ year old barrel with rhubarb, as well as riesling and chardonnay grapes from the 2020 harvest. White peaches from Spain were then added in 2021 before bottling.
