Special Guest - Billie Eilish is a lambic blend created especially for Billie's Craft Beer Festival in 2023, and is made of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambic macerated with white peaches and Riesling grapes from Germany, with a small portion of dry-hopped lambic added just before bottling. The label actually reads "Billie's Eilish".
