Bofkont Smurfenjam
Description
Bofkont Smurfenjam is a gueuze made of 1-year-old and 3-year-old lambic brewed in mid-march 2016 and aged on cheeries, sour cherries (Noordkriek), blackberries, blueberries and raspberries in demijohns (small glass fermenters used in homebrewing as well as by some wineries). It was bottled in 2019 in 375 mL format.
