Description

Bofkont Raspoetin is a gueuze blend made of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambic aged on 3 different varieties of rhubarb, bottled in 750 mL format as well as occasionally 1.5 L, and 375 mL in the early days while Sam Hellemans was still a homebrewer.

xx/xx/2022 2022 750 mL & 1.5 L Newer white label with the latest Bofkont logo, name of the beer, vintage and side art as well as details on the back. For the 2022 vintage, the summer was particularely dry and it leads to a naturally salty note in the fruit that translated into the beer.
