Bofkont Pet Bière Dornfelder is a blend of 1 and 2-year-old lambic aged with dornfelder grapes from the Mosel and Rheinessen regions in Germany, inspired by the pet nat style in wine (short for "pétillant naturel", or "naturally carbonated"). It's a funky, fruity, and easy to drink beer.
