Bofkont Nebbiolo (Blue Label)
Description
Bofkont Nebbiolo Blue Label is a gueuze blend made of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambics with the addition of nebbiolo grapes from the Piemonte region in Italy. The blue label blend is still on purpose, while the white label version is carbonated as it went through a second fermentation in the bottle.
