Description

Bofkont Barbera White Label is a gueuze blend of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambics with the addition of barbera grapes from the Piemonte region in Italy, and is a collaboration with La Carlina winery near the city of Alba. The white label version of the blend is refermented in the bottle, while the blue label version is bottled still, without a second fermentation.

Side Notes

The vintage indicated on the front of the label indicates the year the blend was put together into the barrel, not the bottling year.
