Kweepeer is a quince lambic blend with 3 quince variants: Vranja, Lescovacz, and Champion. The quince pears are sourced from Seepscherf, a small farm dedicated to growing these fruits. It is packaged in 375 mL, 750 mL and 1.5 L bottles, 20 L KeyKegs and listed as 7% ABV.
History / Other Notes
This bottle was first released in 375 mL bottles in June 2021, and is one of the first commercial 100% quince lambics to have been released. In 2023, it was labeled as Kwee Lambiek, and released in 750 mL and 1.5 L bottles.

Pajotse Kweepeer lambiek
Three organic quince varieties matured in three wooden barrels. Cydonia oblonga: Lescovak, Vranja, Champion of Pajot soil. Carefully blended with lambic brewed from ancient local grains. Wheat contribution from own yard. Wild and spontaneous natural beer. This bottle is blended with 375g fruit per liter. Bottling date: 17 January 2021. Best before: 9 November 2041. Store horizontally. Mind the sediment when pouring.
