Description
Barrique Baphomet is a blend of 1- and 2-year-old Fantôme saison with 1-, 2-, and 3-year-old lambics. Aged on a Weller Antique bourbon barrel selected by Chris Lively of Ebenezer’s Pub in Lovell, Maine.
The second batch of this beer, labeled as Barrique Vortex, consists of 2- & 3-year-old Fantôme Saison and 1-, 2- & 3-year-old lambics aged on a Weller Antique barrel selected by chef Chris Lively.
