Abrikoos Passie is a blend of 1, 2, and 3-year-old lambics with 3 varietals of fresh apricots from the Rhône Valley in France and fresh passion fruit from Sicily.
History / Other Notes
After a few years of smuggling passion fruit in suitcases from places far away, we got in touch with Antonino in Sicily. He's a young farmer who started growing passion fruit a few years ago. Under the southern Italian sun, Antonino grows passion fruit until they're fully ripened on the vines, to reach the best organoleptic quality. Blended with apricots it makes a very refreshing summery blend.
