Description
Speling van het Lot II.ii - Robijn Blended & Alive is a lambic blended in 2016 with approximately 480 kilograms of sour cherries and 500 liters of one-year-old 3 Fonteinen lambic on new toasted/charred oak. The maceration was seven months and approximately 680 liters of kriek lambic came off the barrel. Part of this batch was split off and bottled as Robijn Raw & Uncut, while the remaining batch was blended with younger 3 Fonteinen lambic. It was bottled in 750ml bottles and 834 bottles were produced.
