Bramenlambiek uses hand-picked blackerries from Ferme Framboos. It was first released in December 2020.

| 01/28/2020 | 750 mL | 32nd blend of the 2019-20 season, new label. For this small batch Bramenlambiek, we used blackberries from Ferme Framboose, located in beautiful Huldenberg, Flanders. Thee blackberries, hand-picked in the summer of 2019, macerated for almost four months on a small foeder. We only used lambic (originating from one brew only) from one barrel for the maceration and no lambic was used for blending. The final fruit intensity is still 645 grams of blackerries per liter of Bramen lambik. 100% 3 Fonteinen. |
