Description
L’Assemblage du Chat (cat blend) is a collaboration with Gueuzerie Tilquin and de Garde Brewing, which is located in Tilamook, Oregon, in the United States. It is a blend of 3 years of spontaneous Oregon ale and lambic from Tilquin, which was then aged in oak gin barrels.
The beer was bottled in November, 2021 in 750 mL format and is 8.3% ABV. 324 bottles were produced.
