Bofkont Cuvée R
Description
Bofkont Cuvée R is a beer made in 2019 from lambic that saw a second fermentation on cherries, raspberries and black muscat grapes (wrongly indicated as "Black Muskat" on the label). At the time, Sam was still a homeblender and the beer was presented for the first time while he was a guest at an event organized by Bokke at Gebrande Winning.
