L’Assemblage du Chat is a collaboration with Gueuzerie Tilquin and de Garde Brewing, which is located in Tilamook, Oregon, in the United States. It is a blend of 3 years of spontaneous Oregon ale and lambic from Tilquin, aged in oak gin barrels.
The beer was bottled in November, 2021 in 750 mL format and is 8.3% ABV.
