Girardin Oude Lambiek
Description
Girardin Oude Lambiek is the base oude lambiek for Girardin blends and is brewed on-site. It is also available separately in a 10 L bag-in-a-box format and also on draught on occasion. It is labeled as 5% ABV. The exact time when a lambic switches from jonge to oude is based on the fermentation progress and is at the brewer's or blender's discretion.
