History / Other Notes
The bottled version of Oude Groseille Rouge Tilquin à l'Ancienne was first released in the fall of 2018. It was previously part of the Experimental Fruit Series #1 which was available on draft. For the 2018 bottlings of Groseille Rouge, two tanks were filled with lambic on top of the redcurrants. The tank used for the 375 mL bottling was fully topped off during the maceration process while the tank used to bottle the 750 mL version of the first batch was not completely topped off which resulted in a lower extraction and slightly less color than the 375 mL bottlings.
