Description
Girardin Dominicus is a Faro that was released in 2009 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Dominiek Savio Parish (Dominiek Savioparochie) in the town of Dilbeek.
Unsubstantiated Stories
Though this beer was released as a Faro, some sources point to it actually being a blend of lambic and another Belgian dark ale, perhaps Valeir Donker.
