Grieks Hooi Geuze is a blend of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6-year-old lambics with maceration on Fenugreek seeds. Bottled in 750 mL format. 62 L were produced. The ABV is 6%.
History / Other Notes
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a clover-like herb and legume native to the Mediterranean, Western Asia, and southern Europe. Its seeds and leaves are used in cooking and traditional medicine. It is also used as a food stabilizer and emulsifier.
