Cantillon Amarillo Lambic
Description
Cantillon Amarillo Lambic is a single hopped lambic that was brewed in 2006 and served on draft at the Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation and Great British Beer Festivals in 2008.[1] It was hopped with 20kg of Amarillo hops at the end of the boil.
This beer was bottled in limited quantities. The Lord Hobo Bar and Restaurant posted a bottle from its cellar on its facebook page on September 17, 2014.[2] The brewery has also held on to a certain amount of bottles for occasional quality control.
