Description
Cuvée de Florian is a gueuze blend that was created for the birth of Florian van Roy in 1996. Bottles were set aside to age. Eventually, this beer was sold in 750ml bottles out of Akkurat in Sweden.
Unsubstantiated Stories
Employees of Akkurat report that this was a unique blend of the best lambic barrels available in 1996 and is not the same as the regular gueuze blend from that year.
