This differs from a Vieux Lambic as Assemblage is a blend of lambic from multiple producers. While Assemblage can include Jeune Lambic, it is served flat from a cask, and not bottled.
Tilquin receives wort from Boon, Lindemans, Girardin, and Cantillon that can all be included in the Assemblage blend.
