History
Lambic brewer & blender, originally founded in Lembeek as a lambic brewery in 1860 by Louis Paul, and began bottling lambic in 1875.
In 1898, Pierre Troch took over, then in 1927, Joseph De Vits took it over following the economic crisis. Frank Boon purchased first brewing equipment and learned the trade from Réne De Vits when he retired in 1978. 1
