Description
Grote Dorst Geuze van 't Kasteel is a geuze that was produced at Castle Neufcour in Eizeringen during an event held on December 12, 2010. It is a blend of 17 different lambics of varying ages that was blended and bottled under the supervision of Willem Van Herreweghen, the original founder of De Cam.[1] The event was the culmination of an exhibition of lambic that also included a multi-course meal prepared by the chef and owner of Ebenezer's Pub, Chris Lively, at the Grote Dorst pub.
